By building in the factory we can ensure every panel is perfect and fully insulated, so when it arrives at the site it is ready for installation without delay. We build our Timber Frames to German Standards DIN1052, with insulated frame finished with OSB3 boards on both sides, and for the rendered houses with 150mm of additional EPS insulation on the outside, giving 300mm insulation in total, making our houses extremely energy efficient.
